We specialize in book cover design services, including:

• Pre-made Book Covers: Professionally designed covers available for immediate purchase and also allows for alterations.
• Custom Book Covers: Custom cover designs based on client wants/needs.

Purchasing Terms

• Prices: Prices for each service are listed on our Website (except in cases of custom cover designs) and may vary depending on the design type and complexity.
• Payments: All payments for services purchased via the Website are processed online by secure third payment gateways; Stripe or Flutterwave, depending on availability on the Website or choice of client, and may be subject to their terms and conditions.

Usage Rights and Licensing

• Upon full payment and completion of design service, clients receive exclusive rights to use said design
• Ownership: We retain the copyright for all designs until payment is completed.
• Third-Party Elements: Designs with third party elements are properly licensed and the client must adhere to any usage restrictions attached to those elements. (Images used for designs are exclusive only when stated so).

Design Process

• Revisions: We allow unlimited rounds of revisions within the quoted price
• Timeline: The standard timeline for delivery of design services is approximately within 48 hours. However, more or less time could be required depending on the complexity of revisions involved and client feedback.
• Usage: Designs once fully paid, are licensed to clients for exclusive use

Refunds, Cancellations, Returns

Refunds, cancellations and returns are available under certain conditions. Please refer to our refund policy.

Client Responsibilities and Conduct

Clients must provide accurate information, feedback, and materials in a timely manner to avoid delays.

Intellectual Property Rights and Copyright

• Ownership: We retains copyright of all designs until full payment is received
• License Terms: Designs are exclusive to the client, however, third party elements on designs such as images are only exclusive when stated.

• We respect client confidentiality and will not disclose project details without prior consent.

Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability

• Design Suitability: We make no guarantees regarding the sales performance or marketability of designs.
• Color Variations: We are not responsible for color variations that may occur due to different printing or screen settings
• Liability Cap: Our total liability to any client for any claim arising out of or in connection with our services is limited to the amount paid for the specific service
