This Refund Policy describes our policies and procedures that governs refunds on services we render.

Full Refund Eligibility

If services rendered are not satisfiable to our clients or there is need for cancellation, full refunds can be requested and will be made if the following conditions are met:

  • The refund is requested within 48 hours of the service completion and delivery.
  • The delivered service (pre-made or custom book cover design or any other design service/product) has not been used or published anywhere for personal or commercial purposes.

Important Notes

  • After a refund, all rights to the design service rendered will be immediately revoked from the client.
  • Cover designs which refunds were made for, may or may not become available for sale to other clients.
  • We reserve the right to deny refund requests that do not meet the above criteria.
